Bass Improvisation
Bass improvisation lessons really help you to become familiar with Chords and chord’s progression. We’ll focus on structure, rhythm, fingering and tone on the bass. Improvisation includes all the above and beyond. It is a Journey without destination. Beginner to advanced improv students welcome. Intermediate bass skills necessary.
Piano Improvisation
The most important part of piano improvisation is left hand composing. It creates a platform for your improvisation. Chord tones and tensions coexist together. It’s important to know how to create such base. We’ll work together to develop your skills on the piano. Beginner to advanced improv students welcome. Intermediate piano skills necessary.
Jazz Composition and Harmony
Composition it is an art in itself. It demands balance and awareness. Knowledge of harmony, range of instruments, technical aspects of each instrument you write for are essential to your progress. Together, we’ll identify all of your strengths and areas of need, and find the best ways to support you in your creative composition endeavors. Intermediate piano skills are recommended.
